Solution #1:  Internal Call Center — More Involved SolutionIf the client has an internal call center — C3 can add a 9-digit code to appear anywhere on the landing page (see the example below from the C3 Metrics site)

All the call center does is ask the customer for the promo code, add it to the customer record.  C3 would then need to receive a feed of call center orders.  This feed would need to contain all of the order data (order id, amount, etc) plus the promo code.  And of course … There’s a compliance issue with this .. As not all of the call center folks will ask.

The solution is enabled by adding a <span id> code to your web page as follows:
