Solution #2:  Set It & Forget It SolutionThe much simpler alternative is to add a 1×1 C3 tag to the confirmation email sent once the user converts (see below)

This involves just slightly more set-up (adding this tag to the confirmation emails), but once users receive their email, C3 is able to connect the entire journey.

The only caveat is if the user does not turn on images or view the email, a small percentage, the C3 tag would not be called and the path would not be able to be connected.  There’s a simple way around that.  Have the call center employees add something ‘cute’ to the email .. Such as their photo and have them confirm that the customer has received the email.
