What Do The Column Headers Mean

  • ID NAME / ID = the ID which is passed in the C3 viewable impression tag and name assigned for reporting.
  • RENDERED IMPRESSIONS = impressions which have fully loaded. If the user changes to another page before the ad has been loaded, C3 would not count an impression.
  • VIEWABLE IMPRESSION = impressions where C3 has certified that greater than 50% of the ad has been in the viewport of the user for at least 1 second.
  • STATUS UNDETERMINED  = impressions where C3 is unable to determine the viewability state of the ad.

Reporting Discrepancies

C3 reporting of Impressions and Clicks may not match reporting from your current sources.

  • Impression Discrepancies:
AdServer impressions measure the ad being called (server call); C3 does not count an Impression until the ad is fully loaded onto the publisher page.
  • Click Discrepancies:
Clicks are measured the moment the user clicks on the link; C3 does not count a click until the user shows up on the destination URL and the page has fully loaded.
